Invoicing tenants gives them a good reminder that rent is coming due. Life is busy and the beginning of the month rolls around soon. Invoicing can do the following:
-remind tenants and you of the upcoming month.
-sets a pattern that rents are expected on time.
-reminds the tenant to advise you of any potential problem with rent.
-provides an address where rent is to be sent and who the check is made out to.
-further directs them to your Landlordeasy web page for additional information.
This is mailed out 5+/- days before the fist of each month and happening 1 year or 12 months following the date that you purchase. You'll notice that we keep "Resident" as the tenant's name as tenants may change.
When you pay for this service, questions will be asked at that time as to where this invoice will go. There is no form for you to fill out.
