Fees

1. Credit Reports: $35.00 for 1 tenant applicant and $40.00 if 2 tenants are ran at the same time.

2. Tenant Billing: $99.00 per year.

3. Rental Property and Landlord Pages: $65.00 to set up with the first month free. Each succeeding month for Rental Property is $12.00 per month and each month for Landlord Pages is $9.00 per month. Each time a change is required, the fee is $7.00. To reactivate an inactive Rental or Landlord Page is $35.00 with that first month free.

4. Property Inspection. $135.00

5. Each Letter/Mailing. $23.00
