Tenant Criminal Background Check
Many Cities/Communities now are requiring adults over 18 years of age to have a background check. We are only able to run tenant applicant at a time.
Criminal Background Check, Shows if a prospective tenant has a nationwide criminal history. We run the check for you, and you do not need a membership. You just send us the Authorization and Email Form. Do the following:
1. Have the tenant fill out an a authorization (clearly) and sign. You can use your own, or those provided below, however, they must have the following with out exception:
*Applicant's Full Name
*Social Security Number
*Date Of Birth
*Current Residence (including zip code). It also helps if you have a former residence if possible.
*Authorization to run the check
*Signature of the Tenant
2. Then pay for the Background Check.
3. Then fill out the Tenant Info. for Criminal Background Check at the Forms Menu
(In most cases we can't read the authorization clearly. That's why you fill out this form)
and remember to then either attach your tenant's Authorization to it after filling out the form and submitting or fax the Authorization to 435/783-6531.
4. The Background Check will then be emailed to you (give us time to verify the tenant's authorization. We generally try by the end of the business day.
5. Once you receive the back ground check, verify that the authorization is in line with the report. Should there be discrepencies, this also can be a red flag.
We must have a signed Authorization to run the background check that we run. Please verifiy this. We are unable to run a background check with out the authorization!
